This report explores the available administrative and survey data on RDP / state-subsidised housing and beneficiary households in South Africa. The survey datasets analysed include the General Household Survey (2017), the Community Survey (2016), the National Income Dynamics Study (2017) and the Living Conditions Survey (2014/15).
